This role play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans, analyze market patterns to achieve sales targets, increase sales collection, sales follow up, and most importantly enhance the overall performance of the sales operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance sales collection.
  2. Building A Team
    • Identifying and groom a team of highly motivated sales person to achieve amazing and fulfilling results.
  3. Sales Analysis:
    • Analyze sales patterns and evaluate the performance of the sales department.
    • Understand the client base to inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaboration and Planning:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to gather insights into market trends and client profiles.
    • Contribute to sales development planning based on market intelligence.
  5. Sales Collection Leadership:
    • Lead and execute effective payment collection or follow-ups, with a focus on clients on payment plans.
    • Drive the sales process from planning to closure/payment collection.
  6. Persuasion and Coaching:
    • Utilize persuasive skills to enhance the sales process and drive successful outcomes.
    • Embrace a coachable mindset for continuous improvement and team development.
  7. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Foster a customer-centric approach within the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Multi-language – English, Malay, Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Persuasive leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
